RBI provides innovative services in the field of regulatory compliance and has expertise in regulatory processes and permitting requirements for both the federal and state Endangered Species Act, and survey protocols of state and federal agencies. RBI has conducted surveys for a number of federal and state listed Threatened and Endangered species, federal Candidate species, state Species of Special Concern, and U.S. Forest Service sensitive species. RBI facilitates consultation with resource agency personnel and guides clients through permit application processes, while providing the necessary supporting documentation pursuant to CEQA, NEPA and other statutes and regulations.
